Refund policy

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All of our digital products are delivered instantly after purchase. Because of the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If you experience a technical issue with your file, please email us at info@mlartstudioco.com and we will provide a working replacement file promptly.

PHYSICAL / PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
Our physical products are made to order and shipped directly from our print partners. We accept replacements only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@mlartstudioco.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.  
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or if the shipping address was entered incorrectly.
